* Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and subtitle style participating in Personnel & Training activities such as the administration of benefits, wages and salaries, labor and employee relations, training for the formulation and recommendation to implement and execute the hotel personnel policies rules, procedures and programs within the scope of the budget with a well defined management norms to ensure a smooth operation.

Job Profile:

* Has experience minimal 1-2 years in similar position preferable in hotel or leisure industry,
* Possesses strong leadership, has capability in training/facilitating/leading & developing people
* Has good interpersonal & communication skill
* Has good analytical skill, good listener, dynamic and well organized
* Has good English level (written and spoken),

* Has knowledge in Human Resources policies & procedures, able to develop and implement effective recruitment, able to implement an effective employee relations & welfare program in the hotel, familiar with labor law and government regulation.

Qualifications:

* Graduated Hospitality School, max. 35 years
* Having good knowledge of all beverage menus such as mocktails, frappe, coffee, etc
* Min. 5 years experiences in bar preferably reputable café & coffee shop
* Creative and initiative for making new beverage
* Strong leadership & communications skills
* Willing to join immediately
* Willing to be based in Surabaya
